I was with bestway for 10 years. No issues until I had an accident out of province. I was then dropped by my insurence company and recieved 0 help from bestway. They could not tell me why I was dropped or how to proceed going forward. They also had a lapse in my insurence resulting in many headaches trying to get new insurence somewhere else. They did not help with this process what so ever. 1 star because you cant give a 0.

My boyfriend had no issues with them at first. When our car broke down he cancelled his insurance, well don't they go ahead and take it out of his bank not once but twice within a week. That's 80 dollars in non sufficient fund fees.

I had insurance at Bestway for over 20 years..the last few years..they lack in professionalism..to the point that I moved on to another company..it's something I will never regret..I should have left three years ago.
