Best Insurance

Looks like they don’t know how to follow a simple schedule for their job. Prepare yourself and wait at least 2 hours.

Worst service ever! They never pick up they’re so unprofessional tried to get a hold of them so many times it’s ridiculous.

Really bad customer service! I went for a quote for a car insurance and wait more than 2 hours for the agent to tell me that they can’t help me with one because: “the guy or company that help them online can’t help them with the quote because it’s “holiday” because is Good Friday and they are closed! And maybe they can help me next week with a quote that will not be 100% the exact price that he will give me, that could change. That I can go to quote in other place if I want”. They helped 6 customers that were before me, without a problem! I called Geico and got the quote on 15 minutes by phone! Really bad experience, I don’t recommend this agency at all.

They never respond like they say they will. Been trying to get a car removed off our policy for over 2 months. They say they can't do things and then the moment you call to corporate they claim that it is easy to help us and that there shouldn't have been an issue with doing it at location with Best Insurance.

I would give this a 0 star if I could. The staff there have the worst customer service ever!!! They don’t even seem to know what I’m the world they’re doing. I have been calling for 4 days none stop with out any answer. Once they answer I was attempting to make my payment finally. I explained to him that we are paying a service and very disrespectful he said “No, your paying for your insurance” and that if they’re was no answer it’s our responsibility to stop by there office. That this was not there problem. They’re a joke seriously. Doing my research I found out they insure people without a Driver License and even more. They add so beyond corrupted and more. Just to mention a few things. There office is a joke, not professional and staff very disrespectful. Will definitely report!!!! Get
