Best Insurance / Hadlock Group

Eric at this office is great and very helpful but the owners Casey and Bryan Hadlock not so much. I was terminating my insurance policy through this company and buying a new condo somewhere else in VT and I specifically told Casey and Bryan not to run my new policy through my bank account via text and didn't even get a response back and the premium was ran through my bank account anyway when Eric was away when I specifically asked them not too. I bounced payments in the bank account and got charged $60.00 from my bank for bounced checks. I was told that they will try to get the insurance company to pay for the $60.00 fee's but nothing has been reimbursed. Hadlock insurance group should reimburse me my $60.00 as it was their error by Casey Hadlock in running my insurance premium through

Bryan and his team has been one of the best, well informed, insurance agencies I’ve worked with. He was responsive at the get-go and provided knowledge that helped to assist me to make an informed decision. At no point did it feel like he was “selling” anything but rather guiding me to make the decision that is best for my case. Bryan is exceptional in that he’s not only going to close the policy with you but has helped me in countless situations to find local people, vendors, etc that is needed to finish my project.
