Raquel is excellent! She’s my go to agent, she answers all my questions and gives me excellent advice! Figuring out an insurance company to partner up with is very difficult but she made everything very clear and easy. Adding vehicles to my insurance is such a smooth process every time. Highly recommend asking for Raquel when you call or visit the location.

I switched over to State Farm because they offer stress free insurance. I love how they handle any insurance situation and they are very fast to respond. I usually speak with Melissa and she has been awesome, she is very attentive and always trying to make sure I get the best coverage that meets my needs. I would definitely recommend this location since they are all so friendly and knowledgeable.

I am very pleased with my business with State Farm. Office manager Raquel Meraz assisted me and provided me with information to the different services they provide and I was able to obtain auto, home and life insurance for myself and my family. I am most content with the life insurance I got for my children. Since they are young I got their insurance for a very low cost. I had to option to pay $20/month for 20 years or save over 2k if I paid the amount in full, so I went with the second option. That is another thing I liked in working with Raquel, she is always willing to review all the options available and make suggestions on what is more beneficial. I definitely recommend this agent to anyone looking for insurance.

Raquel meraz has been the best agent I could ever come across she always goes above and beyond for me and my family. Bernard Gandara has to be the most unreliable and untrustworthy insurance agent I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. We went into his office to speak directly to him and he wasn’t there. We were told to come back at a later time and then received a call from his assistant saying that he would be unable to speak to us because he would be out of town for several weeks. We filed a complaint with State Farm letting them know he wouldn’t speak to us. He then denied having any record that we requested to speak to him, but we have a recorded voicemail from his assistant Hilda saying that she relayed the request from us to speak with him and that he was not going to respond. We pay hundreds of dollars to this company every month and have multiple policies and Bernard does not have the decen
