The whole staff at Bernal’s Insurance are dedicated and very professional in the way they treat their clients. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking insurance assistance. Thank you Larry, Jared and staff , we really appreciate you.

All were courteous and professional. Sometimes what your over hear is more important than what you hear. That was the case as I sat and listened to how they dealt with customers before me. Mr. Bernal was professioal and informed so as to provided me with sound information.

Rude staff, they don't take care of their clients at all, they like to get away with doing the bare minimum. I went in trying to seek help in contacting the insurance company that was at fault, the owner (Larry) acted like he couldn't help me because I only had liability insurance, so he wouldn't call the insurance company for me while I was there, then he went on to say "well you have a new car so it seems like you're doing pretty good" when I told him I was injured, along with more rude comments about my accident and injuries. He acted like the money was coming directly from his pocket, when it wasn't even my insurance party at fault! This is not an insurance company that helps out their costumers! Will NOT recommend to anyone ever again.

POOR SERVICE!!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO BERNAL INSURANCE, take your money else where like the manager told me! I was so frustrated with their service and LACK of professionalism that I called them and asked several times over a two month period as to why my rates suddenly increased and they couldn't call me back and this happened over and over... I finally was able to speak to the manager and the first thing he told me after I told him I was not happy was " why don't you just take your business else where". THEIR LOSS. ITS SURLY NOT MINE!

They constantly make mistakes . Once they had me at a $5000 deductible instead of a $500 luckily I caught it and had them fix it. They kept spelling my last name wrong, so instead of having all my policies combined I had different ones due to different name spelling . And to top it off they had my DOB in their system wrong on one policy and right on another .I only found out when I called the nationwide 1-800 number to cancel and they couldn't find all my policies. So glad I went with someone else, who has their stuff in order and is cheaper!
