Terrible company. Dealing with them on a workmans comp case and as of right now I had to wait 8 months to get 7k back of a 10k bill and its almost a year and still missing 3k. Another 8k in bills that arent paid. One of the doctors I was referred to refuses to ever work with them again. If you are a employer who cares about there employees I highly suggest not doing business with them. Im just continuing to get the run around and sad that I've lost pieces of myself and money just doing my job.

If I could give a 0, I would. No one calls you back. My car was hit by debris from one of their clients’ trucks. It has taken a month to get in touch with them. I waited almost a week to hear back from the agent in charge, even though I called every day and emailed him. There’s no way to reach anyone. Now, my car is ready, but they haven’t sent the funds for the additional repairs, so I cannot get my car. Pray that you don’t get hit by anyone using this company!

If someone with this insurance hits you pray for a coma because this has been the worst experience and maybe years later when you come to they’ll actually have finished your claim. The car accident was in the middle of April and we still haven’t been paid. They took our car weeks ago. They took away the rental car weeks before that even. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Good luck

This insurance is the worse. I had to do all the legwork in getting the insured who hit my car to contact Berkley enviornmental and have Berkley Enviornmental contact the insured. I wasted a lot of time with them and felt like I got undercut in the payment for my damages. I was given falsified information in the beginning by their first claims adjuster and I believe she either got fired or quit. Be ready to fatigue with these folks at this company.

I was the victim of a car accident and the person responsible used this company for their insurance. After a month of not hearing anything I finally got in contact with Nicole who was extremely rude and tried to say she was going to help me but I wouldn't let her speak. Her customer service skills are terrible and she should not be dealing with the public. UPDATE: Once my case was taken out of Nicole's hands and takenover by James, everything moved along quickly and is now complete.
