Wonderful customer service!! Had a claim recently and it was handled within a week! They kept me informed of all processes. I didn't even really have to do anything! It was so easy and fast. I would recommend Bennie Arp to any of friends and family. If I could leave 10 stars I would! Great company!

I have had insurance with State Farm, Bennie Arp is the agent, for years. I have spoke with Carolyn numerous times for years and she has always helped me throughout the years - she is awesome!!!. This agency is SUPER! State Farm is fortunate to have an agency like this! Bennie is a ”hoot”, especially when it comes to sharing football stories! The three ladies in the office, Kim, Ann and Carolyn, are ALL always so nice, so professional and eager to help should any insurance issues arise!
