We've used Bennett-Edgar for our homeowners and car insurance for as long as I can remember. Their customer service is top-notch—always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with any questions. It's so much better than calling an 800 number and speaking with a random representative.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would! I've been with them since I could drive and am now in my 40's. My entire family has insurance thru them (boat, auto, homeowners, renters) and they are always there when we need them, always answers all our questions with excellent customer service and smiling faces when we stop in. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to help with their insurance needs. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy.

Myself and my mother have been with the Bennett's since the 1980's because we have always received exceptional customer service. Both Steve and Debbie have always cared about our family which is such a personal touch. My parents used them when I was a teenager driving and pretty soon my 15 yr old will be added to a policy when she gets her driving license. I would highly recommend Bennett insurance agency for all of your insurance needs.

I have been dealing with them for almost a year now. Everyone in the office is great, and I appreciate their service. I have been in many times and have overheard their conversations with clients & they are always respectable. Even off the phone I have never heard them say anything derogatory about others. Quoted me Id have the same policy Id had with my previous coverage and was lied to. Come to find out after my car was hit by a hit and run when and I took my car in to have It repaired I had no rental coverage like I was promised it being supposedly the exact same coverage. Tried to address this issue multiple time and instead of admitting they made a mistake they hung up on us cause we were upset understanable. Debbie was the one that sold me on the policy and tried to address this with the manager but there all family so its a conflict of insterest. We know them for a while and to think you would hurt a person you know just think if your a random person buying issurance. Do you research and get a real agency do not waste your time with people who can not take resposiblity for there
