Bene-Kelly Insurance Agency

I was with this agency and Safeco, for 12-13 years, for a long history of auto insurance and renter's insurance and a brief history of motorcycle insurance. I recently changed insurance because I have been paying 150% or greater for similar coverage to what I am paying now. I had repeat instances of excessively long refund times, as I am now that I am leaving the agency. While they provided check numbers and an issue date, the communication I received in response to voicing concerns about how the insurance company (not the agency) was handling this was met with unnecessarily personal and defensive responses from my agent; the other ladies working in the office are very nice. Ultimately, I had to raise this issue to Safeco and the Department of Commerce and Insurance to seek rectification

We have worked with Bene-Kelly for several years now and could'nt be happier. There service is exceptional and pricing has been very fair. We would recommend to anyone.
