I had the pleasure of speaking with Chad about lowering my insurance rates, that I was paying with another company. Not only was he able to lower my rate with better coverage, he went out of his way to call and inform me that if I waited to start coverage a few days, my rate would be even lower. I appreciated his diligence and his honesty. Customer service like the one he provided is very rare in this day and age. He still contacts me from time to time just to make sure everything is okay. I am at a lost for words and can't say enough about this level of service.
