We have been with Ben Robert's Agency 10 years and I'm ashamed to say I am just now writing them a review. The fact that I haven't until now speaks volumes for how Ben, Chasity, and Hannah have answered our questions and provided quick turn arounds when we needed them. We have had absolutely 0 issues since we have been with them. Our previous insurance agency made mistakes and was sending us new paperwork with adjusted rates every week for the first 6 weeks, and we had to drop them. That change has given us exactly what we hoped for from an insurance agency. They have taken care of any of our needs, including a hail damaged roof replacement, two totaled vehicles, and 3 different residences over the last 10 years. Ben and his team have always provided excellent service! He has helped me lower my insurance cost over the years by re-evaluating my coverage and new insurance programs that fit my needs. We had a weather issue with our home and 3 deer incidents with our vehicles. Everything was processed in a fast and efficient way. I know that Ben will make sure we are taken care of when we have an issue. When there was a possible tornado in my area, Ben called to make sure we were ok and to check for any damage. That is someone who cares about his customers.

What a wonderful Agent and super Staff. We switched from another carrier over 10 years ago & only wished we would have done so sooner. Ben saved us over $1000 annually from our previous carrier for our cars & home & with better coverage!! His staff is so polite & always willing to help us when we call. All his staff is knowledgeable and You always talk with a live person & not some remote (overseas) representative or a recording (unless it's the weekend) & that is a 5 STAR benefit for us. I also have referred my 3 kids, my brother, my father in law & others to his agency. All of whom have elected to change their coverage with Ben. He's kind & willing to help in any way he can. If he's out of the office, he'll call back, even on Sundays. Can't say enough praise for Ben & his staff!!

Ben truly provides the customer service experience that most, if not all, people would look for in their insurance agent. He always answers questions and gives honest feedback on coverages and plans without trying to up sale or give you extras you aren't in need of. His office is very professional and welcoming when you enter. Great place to do business at.

Mr Roberts always takes a very professional and timely approach to his business. The product speaks for itself and American Family is great quality and value insurance. Ben always puts his clients first and makes every effort to personalize and attend to the needs of the people he does business with. My family has been with American Family for over 35 years and specifically with the Roberts Agency since he has been in business.
