Ben Mathai - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a customer of the Ben Mathai insurance agency for over 25 years. First working with Heidi, and then with Mercy. They are outstanding agents!! Mercy is like a family member that I've not yet met face to face! This agency has insured all my cars for the past 25+ years, and seen to it that I have the exact coverage I need, bundled my renters insurance and even my musical gear, when I was taking it out for gigs. Now we are bundling our homeowners insurance, and two different family member's cars and I couldn't be happier with the price and the service!! Give them a call for all your insurance needs!!

I can't say enough about how amazing MERCY THOMAS. I switched to State Farm back in 2017, and then my whole family (2 homes and 8 cars) and sense then they have been amazing. I have been approached by all different insurance companies, but I am not LEAVING. The service and quick responses I have been received from Mercy has been unmatchable. Every-time we moved, or added, or removed a car, she was ON IT. Truly, she has taken care of any concerns and insurance related matters off my plate. On top of that, even when we had issue with the roofing, and the accident, they were on top of it. Thank you guys so very much.

Great, knowledgable, and courteous service! I've been a State Farm customer for many years with many autos and home. With teenage drivers, etc. over the years, State Farm has come through every time. I recommend Ben Mathai to anyone looking for insurance!

Mercy Thomas is the most rude person i have spoken with because i asked her to tell me the date for payment and if she can send me the id card because she didn't send it to me she started fighting with me. VERY unprofessional and i will not recommend anyone here. People like that should not be work that kind of a job if you can't spoke to people like a human. And when i asked to spoke to the agent she told me he is not there then hang up on me. NOT COOL!!!
