So far, so good. Having problems shifting from Medicaid to Medicare. Jeff managed to get someone on the phone, was all very cordial at 1st. Then she became uncooperative and Jeff went into pit bull mode 😁 he definitely got the ball rolling. Waiting on the results. Very satisfied so far. I'll keep y'all posted on all the action.
