On our recent vacation, our vehicle broke down and we were able to find your office. Tammy Thorn opened her doors and gave us great customer service. We are progressive customers from another state but she provided all the information needed to get us back on the road quickly and efficiently. We thank you and appreciate it.

Went into the office looking for a quote on an rv; the lady who attended me, who’s name I can’t even remember, was so off putting from the start. Instead of trying to help me or give me proper information she just tried to disregard me telling me to go online instead. In the end she sloppily gave me a ridiculously high quote. (I assume she was having a bad day because, she was just terrible.) Went across the street & was in and out in 10 mins. Highly recommend them (Da-Lu Insurance)…

Reasonable rates, but most important for me, Nice People are here ! I like to go where I'm treated good. Some establishments don't realize, we can spend our money anywhere. The gals here are Great ! Pleasant and very knowledgeable. Thank You.

Called looking for a boat insurance quote. Woman who answered the phone was annoyed with my questions. Put me on hold, came back and said all the girls were busy. Left my name and number, been 2 days, no call back. Terrible service for a potential customer, I'd hate to see how they treat customers. Called another agency down the street and signed up with them. How's that lost business feel?

Roni is extremely nice & helpful. Really fast in & out! She found me a really good policy and was so nice while taking care of me
