Great cperience for 15 years then in the last 2 years they didn't contact me me when when rental house insurance was do to expire ,Luckily during these periods nothing happened but if something had happenedi would have been out of luck on a 100k house this is not how i thought insurance companies worked .I work on the road alot but they had my number and mailing address they never made an attempt to contact me .I used a local business to help them out to bad they left me exposed to lose over 100k dollars very disappointing
