So I been with Arabella for over 20 years they canceled me and had me driving around uninsured my wife as well I did get the notice today October 23 stating my policy was canceled October 16 driving around for a week uninsured no phone call just a cancelation letter over week late THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS JUST THE MONEY TERRIBLE COMPANY

Not crazy these places nowadays don't take cash that's my preferred method people cant steal your info if you pay cash.

Incompetent, extremely unprofessional. One example , a representative in the office sent me a letter informing me that my policy would soon be sent from Berringstar. The letter had no letterhead , and the wrong contact contact information. It appeared to be printed from someone's personal computer . They complicated a home closing by not responding to phone calls in a timely fashion , not being during stated business hours and lying about it to the credit union , saying I went to the wrong office . Outrageous. I'm currently I the process of changing my homeowner's insurance company to a professional . If there was a rating lower than 1 they'd get it .

I have dealt with Christine Souza a handful of times now in regards to questions on adding a new car to my policy to adding my newly driving son and she has been very helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend Bearingstar if you are looking for a new agent.

I am disabled and live in California but own property in Massachusetts. I recently had a very confusing inspection by an agency that Bearingstar responds to. There were photos missing and the wrong contacts were used by the lead agency and I e-mailed Christine Souza at Bearingstar who was able to properly access the report system and get me the missing info so I could coordinate it with my tenant in Massachusetts. This was all done by e mail with overnight response or sooner to all of my messages and Christine went by the book and took no shortcuts. I was able to get the RIGHT repairs done with flexibility and without vagueness and forwarded pictures and receipts for the repairs to Christine so she put them in the system and I was able to avoid a follow up inspection and get my policy ren
