Christina Wheeler has been working with me and my family's for five years. In that time our insurance needs have changed a number of times and often without much warning. Christina is very responsive, returning texts, phone calls and emails in a matter of minutes. She makes sure she is up date date on our lives and cares about what is in our best interests. We purchase and sell multiple properties and need homeowners insurance for each one. Chris Wheeler is always really responsive even when I forget to call her until the last minute and is also very accommodating with multiple changing closing dates! We have of course shopped around and are very happy with the service and price Chris and Bearingstar provide.

I have been an auto and home customer of this local Bearingstar for twenty years. TWENTY! When a payment was missed I called several times and inquired what was happening and why. I have also sent emails. I work a very demanding job in the insurance industry and have little to no time to call any one during normal business hours. I sent a recent email after my app stated that "X" was due and it was on the verge of cancellation. But it has said that for months and I have not once been told explicitly that I had to make a double payment. Unfortunately, to boot I was hacked with the AT&T leak and I was getting email spammed by the thousands and had to delete a lot of emails to find ones I really needed. I asked to be put back on auto pay multiple times throughout the last few months.

Christina helped me with setting up professional liability insurance on extremely short notice. Really appreciate her professionalism, communication and expertise.
