My only experience with these people is very disappointing! I was looking for insurance, doing a questionnaire and within a minute of entering my phone number, my phone was ringing while still answering other questions. I answered and said I wasn't interested and to remove me from their calling list. Since that day, I've had 6 different calls from 6 different numbers from B&B Insurance. I continue from my first words.....I'm not interested, and remove me from their calling list. Some try to over talk me, others hang up before I can even get to remove me from their calling list. Not a fan at all of their selling techniques and hopefully I never hear from them again

We are extremely happy with B&B Insurance. We switched from a "big box" name brand of insurance years ago, and couldn't be happier. Misty, Natalie, and the rest of the crew of great people at B&B are always ready to serve, and they always shop around to make sure we are getting the best possible deal for our insurance needs. After I was in an accident b&b was helpful which was good because progressive was the complete opposite. When I was having issues and not getting anywhere with progressive, b&b was there to help. Since I've been with them, Anytime I've reached out to them with a question or a problem they have gotten back to me same day. They are prompt, respectful and most importantly listen to what the customer wants and needs. Been with them for 9 years and am very happy.

B & B has been such an easy company to work with. We transitioned from a different company three years ago due to significant cost savings. Since then, staff have been attentive and helpful, and always quick to respond to calls or questions. They review our policies to search for better deals when the annual renewal date comes around. Highly recommend them with zero hesitation!

They have always done a great job finding the right options and stay on top of any issues or questions that come up.
