Working with Connie was the best experience I’ve ever had. She took our current car and home policies and got us new one with much better rates. Literally saved us hundreds of dollars a month. She’s always available to answer my questions so quickly.

For clarification my customer service rep/account manager Nell (sp?) was not the issue. It was the previous account manager who failed to deliver results in the 3 month period while I waited for new quotes. This took place annually over the course of 6 years-- failing to get new quotations in a timely manner-- and rather apothetically saying, "there are no other options." The new account management person was sympathetic and friendly, however can only do so much to mend burnt bridges. However, other brokers found writers for the policies I needed in minimal time-- within an hour. This includes equal (or greater) coverages for lower annual premiums.

Jennifer Silva turned a NO into a YES in a matter of minutes. She went above and beyond to settle an issue that really was not her job. She knows CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks again for all your help.

I have been dealing with Kristen Reynolds for several years with our home owners and auto policies. She also provides the same level of outstanding service to my son as well.
