I hope that Joanna doesn't represent her clients like she represent the motorcycle community. I been trying to contact her about this shirt I bought at the rally. As you can see the decal is not centered and is burnt. I've contacted her several time and she just keeps blowing me off. All I want is a new shirt or my money back.

She has helped us with our policy on the weekends & when it wasn’t the most convenient for her but she never made me feel like I was a bother or our questions were not important!
