We were referred to Darrel and BIG by a mutual acquaintance, knowing that we wanted to switch to an independent insurance agent. Darrel was very thorough and timely in reviewing all of our policies including auto, home, business, rental property and other personal property items. The coverage we now have is way more comprehensive and current and even a bit less expensive than what we were paying. Darrel was fantastic at explaining everything .
