Customer service in Moultrie and Adel is awesome! They are swift and professional, even with the phones ringing and people stopping by to drop a payment or get info on policies available. Phones here were down after some bad weather recently so I tried Adel and was fortunate to have an awesome rep who took care of several needs over the phone and had it ready to be printed from my account when i stopped by our local office. I was in and put in less than 5 minutes . These ladies are great!

I started off with another Bauman Insurance company in another city, which was horrible. I accidentally called her by mistake about a year ago & she has been awesome every since. She found me good deal, a whole lot cheaper than i was paying before & her customer service is great im always in & out in no time.

It's best in our area leesburg and moultrie offices are very rude to u but adel should be commended for there care
