Jeff Murdock with battles, insurance agency I would not recommend I was told they want to do another, audit so decided to switch insurance companies every year an audit rates go up and I decided not to go with the audit and switch companies and they hit me with a 25% $3500 after I was no longer with them. Would not recommend Jeff was not a big help told me not to pay it and don’t worry about it but I should’ve got a credit back for $3000 every year they raise my rates quite a bit I was paying $7800 03 years ago when I started now 27000.00 enough is enough switched over to central insurance with better coverage and saved quite a bit

Clearly incompetent staff. Quoted us $60 a month more then others for the exact same progressive policy and then instead of adjusting and trying to handle the situation they cancelled our policy and didn’t tell us until we got a letter in the mail. They let us drive around without insurance and never told us. I handle insurance everyday as a car salesman and have never dealt with an insurance company as awful as this. Would give 0 stars.

Best place you can get car insurance any problem I've ever had all you have to do is call and it is fixed right away. I wouldn't choose any other company.

Company will try to place audits once you cancel due to the overpriced policies.
