Russ and his team at BRIA do a great job! Very attentive and responsive to calls and emails. We reached out to him last year to shop our insurance needs. He was able to get us a great price; when our insurance came up for renewal, they shopped it again, and was able to lower our premium for the upcoming year! We didn't even ask - they just handled it and reached out to us with an up-to-date quote. Would definitely recommend.

This agency is #1 in customer service skills! I dealt with Ashley regarding my elderly parents home policy and she answered all my questions and was polite and friendly. Anytime I call she is willing to help and if I leave a message, it’s returned within a reasonable time. Will be getting quotes on all my policies soon.
