Batchelder Bros. Insurance

I have had Batchelder Bros. Insurance for most of my life and they have always helped me find low insurance rates for all my needs. They have helped me with car insurance and rental insurance. Samantha is great to work with and gave me sound advice on coverages! Progressive doubled my insurance for this upcoming year and she found me lower rates that will save me a significant amount of money! I highly recommend!

I recently had a severe accident on the Maine Turnpike in which my beloved vehicle was totaled. Between Jennifer Tuck and Michelle Boutot at Betchelder Brothers Insurance to Lauren Bonini and Lauren Green at MMG Insurance, the four of them were so incredibly helpful and expedient in processing my claim and getting me a check for my new vehicle purchase! I am so pleased to have Batchelder Brothers as my insurance agency and will highly recommend them at every opportunity.

We moved from out of state and were looking to transfer our insurance to an agent in Sanford. Batchelder Bros had great reviews so we went there with all our information looking for a new policy. They were busy at the time and said they’d call the next day with a quote. Two weeks and four phone calls from us later- each with a “we’ll get back to you later today or tomorrow” response, and we’re still waiting. Apparently they don’t need or want our business. They tout “customer service” on their website 🤔. We went down the street and were treated very professionally by another agent. Not sure what’s up with these people.

I truly appreciate the professionalism, caring manner and very thoughtful discussions that I have had with Batchelder Bros insurance personnel. After dealing with frozen pipes a year ago and waiting a year to close the claim with another insurance company, it has been a blessing to work with BB Insurance! They are so supportive and I am treated at a person not a claim. I am considering bundling insurances with them!

Michelle has been taking great care of me for years. Always responds quickly, always follows through, always nice to chat with. She does a great job and I highly recommend her for whatever you need.
