My daughter was renting an apartment near a college campus. Excellent customer service!! The representative was very professional when I called about a quote to add a car to my premium for a driver car (work) and informed me of the added increase to my policy and also discouraged filing a rock chip windshield claim after two car/ deer claims. I can’t say enough positive things about this agency!!!
