I have been a customer with State Farm insurance for 31 years. And during these years I have had three (3) State Farm agencies to serve me for my auto insurance responsibility. While none are 100%, but my rating of 4 stars is a very good rating (Prestigious). Because no persons or companies are just perfect. So, a 5 star rating from me Must be earned... proven, and lived up to in all the categories of a business or entity. However, there are certain employees who are truly involved in giving excellent customer care to clients and going the extra mile to help (in my opinion they make the difference).
