Disappointing service- I called to ensure my policy was in effect and I was told it was good. I later found out it was not active and when I called to ask why I was told that I should feel free to find another agent. Well, that’s what I am doing with all three policies. Thank you for making it clear for me.

Been calling about 3 months now, first time homeowner I picked them as a insurance, received a call from them about with common questions about the house, the lady was supposed to send me a e sign document but never did so I called but no answer, a month latter she calls me telling me they haven’t received the signed form from me . I gave her my email and told her to send it as she never sent it, now 3 months went by still no form and I e called them and no one answers the phone. I called the other office which appears on google and I was told they the 2 office does not affiliates with each others work, I would’ve give it 0 star if it was an option.

Have always had great service. During the pandemic hours were different but, I recieved a quick respinse from Keith himself when I sent an email. Will always recommend this insurance company

They never answer the phone. You leave a message no one gets back to you. They have weird almost part time hours
