The most irresponsible, rude and scam agency of all time!! Please avoid them in any way you can! Run away from them! I have 2 house and 1 car with them, and one of the insurance they issued from one of my houses has been scam! They didn't follow up at all, ignored all of my emails and calls, and paid out of my pocket $1400 for the insurance WITHOUT THE INSURANCE BEING ISSUED, $500 fine for the gap in my insurance, and 50 hours of follow up with my mortgage company to resolve the situation, and buy a new insurance. Kathy, the owner of the company is most shady person I have seen ever! AVOID THEM!!!
