Meeting with Noldy Estime and Menes Emille from Bankers Life was like getting a masterclass in insurance-with a side of stand-up comedy (mostly from me, but they were great sports!). Both Noldy and Menes know their stuff inside and out. I came in thinking insurance was about as exciting as watching paint dry, but they managed to make it interesting, understandable, and even fun. We scheduled our meeting a week in advance, and Noldy actually called to confirm-already a step up from my last dentist appointment. They showed up ready to work, and I could tell right away they genuinely care about helping people, not just selling policies. I just had an appointment with Mannix Gordon. I must say that he was more than informative with all aspects regarding Medicare. He also explained to me about my life insurance policy, borrowing on it and the outcome of it. He was very thorough and his assistant was patient with me as well. He also suggested that I contact Social Security to implement my Medicare assistance. Last but not least I am very grateful for his time and suggestions.
