We had a fire in our house and tried to manage the repairs and insurance claims ourselves. This was a big mistake. We were referred to Adrain Godfrey by a neighbor and hired Ball and Boyd soon after. Adrian was the best decision we made and I would strongly urge anyone sho has a fire to call them first that was our biggest mistake. We called a restoration company that wanted to take control of project but this was not in our best interest. Adrian really cared about our restoration and gave us the really facts and helped negotiate with the insurance company to get us the best settlement to get the house repaired. I highly recommend using Ball & Boyd when dealing with insurance companies. Our Ball & Boyd representative Jerad did an outstanding job in explaining the claim process, putting together detailed information for our claim with the insurance company and then managing the interaction with the insurance carrier. His expertise helped us achieve an outcome that we would have not been able to meet if we went alone. Through this process we saw insurance companies are extremely difficult to work with and do not have your best interests in mind. Jerad with Ball & Boyd represented our best interests in getting us a fair settlement.
