Howes Insurance is AMAZING and entirely deserving of their 5-star rating. Within one day of switching my insurance over to their agency, they had already reviewed my current policies and made some initial suggestions. They took the next week to really look through everything, make sure we had the right coverages, and found ways to save money where we could. They are very responsive and care about their clients. I definitely feel like we are in good hands, and highly recommend them!

Howes is a small agency staffed with highly knowledgeable insurance professionals -- they're large enough to attract and retain experienced pros, and small enough to ensure personal contact in all business interactions. No voice mail maze, no call center, no chatbots -- they'll answer the phone directly, or call you back same day. When I call, I usually reach somebody I already know on my first attempt. I've been with them for years, and they've always done a great job.
