I got insured here by Progressive for my auto a year ago and it was swift, easy it was done by a lady there she was really nice. BUT recently took my boyfriend to get quoted for his car and we sat with Casey Robinson. Man… we had about 35 mins to be there (due to our work hours) and he talked for 20 mins straight about the policy I couldn’t even get a word in to try to change the numbers before we had to leave 😭. He just kept going it was quite bombarding. He was giving us a lot of info which is good but it was overwhelming we ended up just leaving we had no time to try to process it. 1. We didn’t have time left to chat. 2. We didn’t feel like we knew enough to make the right decision even with all the info he gave us it was just so fast and non stop. The experience was so disturbingly bad I have called and left a message for the broker/owner to meet with him in person to discuss and give the office a chance to address it. I will provide an update to the post and rating based on the meeting when it takes place.
