Be careful with dealing with this agency, make sure they tell you "Erie's policy" on owning multiple vehicles. This agency never told me "Erie's" policy on multiple vehicles, as they already took my money on 2 other vehicles a year ago, and I have home insurance through them. I tried to bring over a work truck from another company, and they "refuse" to insure it, "UNLESS" I gave them the other personal truck they didn't have. I called Erie corporate to get clarification , which in turned put me right back at this agency, and Jeff got on the phone. After feeling like I’d been overpaying for our insurance with a company that I’d been with for 25 years. I checked in with Maggie an agent with Ayres. She took the time with me to explain coverages, options, and costs. I was amazed to see how she provided more coverage at about half the price. She was great, she definitely “earned” our business. Even though I’m 39 years old, I feel that this is my FIRST insurance agency because of everything that I’m learning! I’d had Nationwide and Allstate previously but Ayres cut my payments in half with better coverage! What’s even better is that amount is going to be even LOWER when I add renters insurance (something that I definitely would have had YEARS ago if I had known it was an option)! I had stopped by the office with a few questions, yesterday, and was helped by Maggie. She explained the coverage to me in a way that related to my own life. I can not say enough positive things about Sue at Ayres. She's been our family's agent for over 15 years. She is prompt to respond to any calls or emails & explains everything so it can easily be understood. When I ask a question & forget to follow up, there she is calling me to close the loop. I have complete faith she has my interests at heart & there is such value in having a specific agent I can trust & communicate with should I ever actually need to utilize my insurance.

Employees do not respond to email request. Major lack of customer service. Even lied about coverage options with other companies besides Erie. **** buyer beware!!!
