Initially, everyone was pleasant, including Autumn (boy was I in for a surprise) - understandable as they were getting my business. Trouble started when Michael quoted me a price of car insurance back in early 2011 - and I paid the full amount for 6 months of coverage then and there. HOWEVER - my insurance was CANCELLED a few weeks later after the insurance company realized they had misquoted me and I owed more on my policy (I had paid $300 something, and they had said I owed $100 more). I did not receive ONE phone call, email, or letter from the insurance company or Aydlette Insurance. In a small town, I would have hoped that my agent would call me and say "Hey - we misquoted you a price, so don't forget that you owe more or else your insurance will be cancelled."
