I was on hold for 8 minutes.. I was calling the store to ask if they could kindly stay open a couple minutes after it's after they close so I could get my registration done. I get to the store and they're still is one client inside and the door is locked. I try to communicate that I was on hold and that no 1 had answered deliberately until after closing. They said I would have to come back tomorrow.I understand that a business closes at 6 and that they want to go home. But to not answer the phone calls right before close if foreclosed is absolutely terrible customer service. I have used this company before and this is the 1st time that I've ever had to give a bad review on them.If they had at least answered the phone they could have told me that it wasn't possible to help me out, Instead t

Says on their price list on the wall $1 for 3 day temporary plus $10 for service fee. She tried to charge us $17 dollars. I called her out. She said ok its $12 for cash. Well, well still not $11. For the extra dollar I went ahead and did it but talk about "false advertising" 🤨

I think they have good insurance prices, I've just had some bad customer service experiences with them. I was told I'd get a 10 day notice in the mail of them cancelling my policy, when I received it in the mail, my insurance was already 2 days expired and I had to pay a hefty fee to renew it. A better mode of communication like email would be nice. Also, don't expect the workers to sound happy to talk to you on the phone or say "you're welcome" or "of course" when you say thank you, they'll often just say bye and hang up. I know that's a small issue but some common courtesy or a little kindness towards customers goes a long way.

Absolutely 0 help with my title transfer. Very Rude woman behind the counter. Needs to look into retraining her.
