Im rewriting this review because this is actually insane so here we go. I’ve had nonstop problems with this agency ever since I first used their service. First problem was it took them about 2 months countless phone calls and showing up to their office to change the card on file. Every single time when they said they changed it on the phone next month I would get an email from the actual insurance saying payment wasnt valid because they were still trying to use the old number. Fast forward a year or so I got a new policy from them and on mu wedding day I get an email once again for no payment I check my account and theres more than enough so I called them and they tell me its the Geico’s fault and I said okay. Also for them to understand this simple issue it took 6 people and about an hour

Blanca was extremely thoughtful on today, very polite and soft spoken and did everything she could to assist me further! I do appreciate her allowing me to airdrop my photo to her phone when my Gmail wasn’t working fast enough.

My father has been a customer since 2019 (auto insurance with Progressive with very good prices). Nothing to complaint. Their service is fast, easy to deal with and staff members are very friendly and professional. I do recommend doing business with them.
