I have had two separate instances where this agent (Janice Prada) has submitted fraudulent applications on behalf of one of my clients, most recently on June 29th. This type of activity is why good agents have to jump through so many compliance hoops. You can rest assured that complaints are being filed with the department of insurance in the State of Florida and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace. With justice, this agency will no longer be able to sell insurance and bring harm to clients.
