I was paying $240 at another company. I just happened upon Auto plus went in for a quote and was quoted $120 monthly. Of course I paid it. The clerk was very friendly and professional. I'm so glad to be a customer of this agency!
The best I seen n a while. The workers are nice and friendly. They do not keep u on phone a long time, they talk to you with respect, I have nothing bad to say about them.The prices are affordable .
I have been a valued customer with Safe Way for years and never experienced the experience I am getting now, when you call nobody answers the phone, it goes to the set up voicemail, no one never returns the phone call! Ready to find a new insurance company!
I entered the building a couple of times and the light skinned one didn’t open her mouth… so I asked her how was her day going she looked at me and rolled her eyes like she knew me and I had did something to her… She’s rude and not very helpful… I think her name is mekia, Poor customer service and very unprofessional. But everyone else seems to be ok…
