Auto-Owners Insurance Stuart Claims

Absolutely disgusted with the encounter I had today with Jeff Hardy, a representative of this company. He was extremely rude and condescending towards me (an injured party) and the body shop I went to for an estimate. The mechanic advised me I should not be driving the car with the damages endured and Jeff had the audacity to tell me it's not his problem with how I get my vehicle to the second shop for an estimate, I can walk there for all he cares. They are playing games giving me the run around while trying to delay my process of having my vehicle fixed due to their policy holders liability. I called and spoke to Dylan (Jeff's supposed supervisor) and asked to have someone else put in place to speak to me with dignity and respect. However that didn't happen, Jeff is still continuing

Without a doubt the best and most surprising experience I have had with an insurance company. Regrettably, my new (month old) car suffered an unfortunate fender bender while on a road trip. My claims rep., Liam, couldn't have been more professional and efficient in the handling of my case. I know he recognized my disappointment in having to deal with the circumstances . That said, Auto Owners took care of all the details to ensure the car looked good as new and gave me a check for depreciation to the value of my car, as a result of the accident. Wow! By the way, did I mention that about 1/2 hour before the accident a stone cracked my winshield as I was driving. They took care of that too.

What a TERRRRIBLE experience with this insurance. TERRIBLE. If your claims are ever assigned to Ania or Arelis expect the process to be dragged on for MONTHS and MONTHS AND WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION, me always having to reach out with auto reply emails being returned saying out of the offfice... call the receptionist ask for supervisor and they cant return voicmails either. I can't believe people this incompetent even have a job. Still don't have my vehicle back from the body shop. Because they haven't paid the body shop. What a joke! And they stopped my rental a week ago and the only reason I haven't gotten my truck back is because of them. Doesn't that mean they should still be paying my rental since the only reason I don't have my truck is because they haven't paid body shop!?!?! I'm so u

I was in an accident and the people that caused the collision had this insurance. This insurance company told me they accepted liability and that they would cover the damages to my vehicle and a rental car. I asked on 3 separate occasions what I would need in order to rent a vehicle and Chase Cantour of the Stuart office assured me that all I would need is a drivers license. I find a ride and get dropped off with my child to rent a car and the man at enterprise says there is a mandatory deposit of $150. I call them and they say they do not cover the deposit I need in order to get a rental but they cover the daily rental. So long story short I cannot rent a car and I am left stranded on the side of a building with my 8 month old child in her car seat in the Florida heat.

We would recommend them to anyone. Customer service was beyond great. I can't say enough how they well they treated us. We are so happy they're our insurance company.
