We filed a claim with Auto Owners for a roof incident on our 5th wheel camper while traveling south. Tabitha Kretzman was our claim case manager. We cannot say enough good about her. Throughout the process she was prompt, knowledgeable, and listened well to our concerns. Each step was made clear to us and she showed genuine concern for us not only as clients but as people!
