If Auto Owners isn’t currently your insurance company, they should be! I was involved in an auto accident and had heard horror stories about how long it took to reach a vehicle price settlement and how difficult and stressful the process could be. That couldn’t be further from the truth with Auto Owners. My vehicle was rear ended on 09/08 and I received a fair inspection and pay-out for my vehicle within 4 working days. I recently had to file a claim on my commercial vehicle policy with Auto Owners Insurance. I was struck by a deer that apparently decided to end his life by running into the side of my truck doing 70 mph!! From the moment I called in my claim from the side of the road, and all the way through the process everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I had a few problems with the first bodyshop that drug their feet and took forever to get my vehicle in, and did a lousy job estimating the damages! I won’t mention their name! My claims agent Michelle was Fantastic! She helped me get another bodyshop lined up and took care of paying my claim super fast!!! She was always available to answer my crazy questions! I rarely write a review for anything, but I felt the need to share my experienc
