I’m writing this statement against auto owners insurance company and Riley Cartwright and Wesley Neal, they accused me the claimant that I made threatening remarks against them, it was a lie, I’m reaching out to auto owners insurance to investigate their employees please read the photos of the letter that it pertains to, stop playing games and causing emotional distress to people that were injured in car wrecks cause my your clients, theses 2 individuals names Riley Cartwright and Wesley Neal are pushers, and don’t know how to handle claims, to auto owners insurance clientele do not have anything to do with them, because at this stage in the claims I’m hiring a lawyer to sue his client, so be on the loop of things and don’t require insurance from this company, their are far more better ins

Andre Moore, Claims Adjuster, provided the highest level of service. He was patient, detailed, and highly professional. He initiated and returned several calls to keep me apprised of the status of my Dad's claim. Based on my experience, I highly recommend working with Andre and Auto-Owners Insurance. Terrible company to deal with. Would give them zero stars if it was possible. They have no problems taking your premiums but will deny every claim despite overwhelming evidence. They are so shady, they accused the roofing companies of intentionally creating shingle damage to warrant a claim. Three DIFFERENT roofing companies produced indisputable evidence of hail damage and Auto Owners denied the claim. The adjuster showed up and actually said “ you don’t have a claim, but we will take a look anyway.” Mind was made up within 30 seconds of arrival. I don’t recommend this company. Look at other options.

I had a great experience on insurance claim with Auto owners - my claim manager Tonya Riley, process was fast and smooth. Tonya have been amazingly handling my claim. She was very responsive on any queries i had. She not only sent emails promptly but she also followed up with phone calls. She also cared about the person she was speaking to on the other end of the phone. truly appreciated:) Thank you for your service!

Tiffany Graves has been my claims representative during my process. She has made the whole process easy, and has stayed in constant communication with me the whole time. When I have had questions or concerns she has been very accommodating, and responsive. I hope I never have another auto accident, but if I do I hope I someone as responsive as Tiffany to work with.
