Auto Acceptance Insurance

It's great, people are kind and are fast to get you in and out. Sometimes it's a bit over packed and can take a while but that's typical for anywhere. Prices are right on. The only complaint I have is that, when it's busy, they don't have but two chairs in the lobby so you can walk in and people will be sitting on the floor or leaning on the walls.

Didn’t share with customers that their insurance was taken over. Staff RUDE when visited the office to attempt to switch to another carrier. Which they also did not inform customers was possible! Insurance expired yesterday as I was unaware they were still open and have been researching other insurance options trying to find anything comparable. Have been a very long term customer and their treatment of a long term customer is unacceptable and disgusting. The least they could have done is sent out a letter informing all customers their insurance wouldn’t get renewed before it expired!! Would not recommend Auto Acceptance to anyone!!

Irritating how they’re supposed to open at 9am but never do! They’re always late opening. I understand things happen but how hard is it to have an employee who opens on time, especially when the hours are only 9a-5p. They close 30min early and close for lunch. So if you want to get anything done it’s a hit or miss of whether they’ll be open.

Had to change insurance, the old company left. But as long as you had insurance it was an easy switch. They are not taking any new customers at this time.

Guy at front desk is a little impatient and quick to get you out, like your bothering him. Place is dull. No lobby decorations just two chairs in a white room with flyers taped to the wall. No signs or billboards to locate the place. Just small sign above the door. No open light. Looks like theyr're closed or out of business. BUT. Did get a good rate on insurance and that's what matters here.
