Austin Elder American Family Insurance

I wish I would have had the same experience as the review below. After having multiple policies with them I decide to choose them for my insurance to cover my BRAND NEW vehicle. They set me up for auto pay for the payments, first payment came out, no problem. Everything was great! Dealt with Austin himself, Along with having a confirmation email from him with my insurance card. However, My car insurance lapsed one month after that and not once did I receive a phone call to let me know. I did call on June 10th and spoke with a lady about the weird text messages I was getting from my app. She’s specifically stated it had to deal with the app and not my policy however, that was not true! extremely misleading!!!!!!! They “supposedly” sent four letters in the mail, but I received none of them.

Worked with Austin and his team for years now. Extremely organized and knowledgeable.
