I wrote to Atlas Insurance for help with my House Insurance over a month ago. Crum & Forster said my premium was canceled due to non-payment. I paid them $500- which shows on my bank statement but they said Atlas was responsible for the money n cancelation. I wrote to Atlas n explained my problem they sent me an email saying they would get back to me in a timely manner, a month ago? To date NO REPLY? No one seems to care. Can someone advise me where I can get help?
