I was with this insurance company for years & even have family members & friends that use them as well until now…Thanks to Emily incompetence I was not able to get a rate that I could afford due to her not getting back to me on time. Even when I called myself because she hadn’t contacted me back as she said she would. She swore that my phone would go straight to voicemail when she would call yet no voicemail was left for the “times she called me”. When I called since I didn’t hear from them I spoke to someone else & could not get an affordable rate due to it being too late. When I mention that I did my part & that was not fair to me , no one took accountability nor was there an apology. Honestly a HUGE disappointment with this company . If you want competent people look elsewhere.

They have been awesome always ready to help and have the best prices I used them for not only one but all my vehicles. Definitely recommend if there were more stars, they would get it.

Denise is such a great Agent, she is very helpful and efficient. The employees are friendly and polite. All of the employees are bilingual!! That's awesome because my mom prefers to speak Spanish, she is able to communicate with the Agents with out any problem. Great customer service!!!
