Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews my experience was great. Im a marine construction contractor. I had an incident on a job that required me to file a claim. It was not a cut and dry claim aswell. I was assigned Bobby Mcmillion. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. In my line of work its not if but when something is going to go wrong and i sleep well knowing im protected by atlantic casualty. Thank yall again!!

Total Scam Company Atlantic Casualty Insurance is an absolute joke. My customer got completely screwed over by these people. They lie, dodge calls, and refuse to pay for anything. It’s one excuse after another — nobody there knows what’s going on or cares to help. They’ll take your money and then disappear when it’s time to actually do their job. Biggest scam insurance company I’ve ever seen. Stay far away from them unless you want endless headaches and a lawyer involved just to get what you’re owed.

10000% the worst company ever. If you buy insurance from them, it's just insurance in name only . They will do whatever possible to not accept claims or do anything that would cost them a cent . It's the bare minimum in every way possible

Absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. I owned a used car dealership. Unfortunately, i had a few cars stolen. They tried everything to not pay me out. It's been 5 months and they still havnt paid. They are penalizing 63% for over stocked plus each vehicle is 2500 deductible. They are offering me $100 on a teailer i paid $8500 for.

Terrible company!!!! I am a general contractor and was audited by Atlantic Casualty, at which I was told I had over estimated the coverage I needed. Then I received a bill for another 20% in premiums. When I disputed it, they sent me to collections. No one from Atlantic has even tried to contact me... Unfair business practices. Prepare to be taken advantage of.
