Agency is worse agency ever the agents lie. They are rude and you should not do business with them. The agency told me that if I canceled my policy on a totaled out vehicle, I would not be able to ensure with Safeway again that is completely untrue and they use a scare tactic because they are the cheapest insurance agency, please do not do business with this agency find another agency

Been with them personally for 3 years now. No issues. Never had to wait long and they get me in and out in a timely manner. They only offer small insurance companies such as Safeway or Progressive. My mom has been with them for a long time, Maria, I believe is her name, always helps her.

I’ve been coming here for 6 or more years and the customer service is amazing. I always go see Monica but everyone is helpful and kind. I totally recommend them! They help you find the best insurance for you.

Worst place ever to have insurance the costumer service is trash all they care about is the sale when I called to terminate they never cancel my insurance I had to pay them an extra month and they still sent a bill to collection because they don’t know how to do their job. Super rude and never help with anything.

I think they have great costumer services and can get the job done. But if you are trying to reach the office during business Hrs sometimes they won’t pick up the phone.
