This insurance company is horrible! I have been trying to get a copy of one of my subs insurance certificate since Friday morning, and asked that it please be emailed to me by 12pm Tuesday because I needed it for a meeting that I have at 2:30 today. It is 2pm and I still do not have it. They will not answer their phone or respond to email. Very unprofessional!
